Security Deposit:
A deposit of $200 is required to confirm a one week reservation and this amount is retained as a damage deposit to be refunded after departure from the condo.

A larger deposit may be requested for extended rental periods but any amount in excess of $200 will be applied toward rent at the time its payment comes due.

Cancellation: 
A cancellation notice must be received at least 60 days before the reservation date in order to avoid forfeiture of the entire deposit. We will refund forfeited deposits if able to fill the canceled time period.

Taxes:
Hawaii Tax is added to all quoted rates, currently at 11.41%.

Housekeeping:
$85.00 for normal out cleaning is added to all quoted rates.

Rent payments:
The total rent (in addition to your deposit) is due at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
